Thirtyfour LLC develops and operates web platforms that make shopping, discovery, and commerce easier for end users and participating merchants.

Load Outlet is not a shop, store, or merchant in its own right. We do not manufacture, warehouse, stock, inspect, package, ship, or take physical possession of products listed on the platform.

Load Outlet does not handle product fulfillment. When you browse or buy through Load Outlet, you are using a technology service and web storefront that brings together independent third-party vendors—not a single unified inventory owned or operated by Thirtyfour LLC.

Load Outletis a curated web front that, with each vendor's permission, connects participating shops into one place so shoppers can browse, compare, and choose items more easily. Vendors remain separate businesses responsible for their own listings, policies, and operations.

Thirtyfour LLC provides the digital infrastructure—including the website, account tools, checkout experience, and payment processing integration—to facilitate transactions between shoppers and verified vendors. Our role is limited to operating that technology service unless we expressly state otherwise on a specific product or promotion.

When a purchase is completed on Load Outlet, fulfillment is performed by the original vendor (or their designated fulfillment partner) whose products you ordered—not by Thirtyfour LLC or Load Outlet as a retailer.

Shipping, delivery timelines, returns, warranties, product authenticity, regulatory compliance, and customer support for the physical goods are primarily the responsibility of the fulfilling vendor, subject to applicable law and the vendor's stated policies. Order confirmations and account tools on Load Outlet identify which vendor is associated with each line item.

Load Outlet may process payments through trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) on behalf of vendors as part of the platform service. Payment collection through the platform does not mean that Thirtyfour LLC is the seller of record for physical goods. Revenue shares, commissions, and vendor payouts are governed by separate vendor agreements and our Terms of Service.
